Mike was wonderful. Showed up on time and really knew all about septic systems. He went above and beyond, helping us find the second clean out we didn’t know about, he was great at getting the lids off, and was friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently, keeping the cost down. Great job 👍

This company is extremely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. We have been going back and forth with them about an issue regarding our septic pipe lines for weeks while being misinformed every time. On top of that Ely Jr has been very difficult to connect with and has therefore further delayed our project. As if this wasn't enough, now he ended up quoting us for more than triple the amount we discussed and not didn’t return our calls or emails to at least explain the astronomical price change. I have to highlight their lack of professionalism and appalling customer service. Never in my years of dealing with companies of service have I ever had an experience like this.
