Unfortunately our water heater was starting to leak, so we had to have it replaced. Joey (the tech) arrived at 10:10am for a 10-11 appointment I set up that morning. Joey was able to do it right away. He pulled out the old one and had the new one in by 1:30pm. He was very professional, honest, and easy to deal with. By 2pm, we had hot water again, area was all cleaned up, and he was on his way. Overall it was a quick, clean and great experience 👌.

I had an excellent experience with Genuine Plumbing and their plumber, Clinton. Our garbage disposal needed replacing, and they were able to come out the same day—which was a huge relief! They came the next day, were very good at communicating and did a good job replacing a hot water heater. Clint was very friendly and gave me pricing upfront since it was a straightforward job. I had another company scheduled but they didn’t give pricing upfront and I don’t like that because they show up and could charge anything and you feel pressured at that point because you don’t want to call someone else and wait longer so I cancelled with them. Would recommend them and I definitely will keep their contact for future needs

We just moved into a new home and had some plumbing issues to take care of. I called Genuine plumbing and within 20 minutes, Clinton showed up and was super kind, knowledgeable and was able to get started right away. He also had shoe coverings on and cleaned up after his work. Everything was taken care of on the same day! These guys are very amazing, fast and accurate in there work. my plumbing issue was resolved within 20 minutes. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 for their service also called today and they came out today within an hour of me calling very amazing would highly recommend their business For anyone with any type of plumbing issues.

Clint is an excellent plumber! He was professional, punctual, and got the job done right the first time. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave a fair estimate. His work was thorough, and he left the area clean after finishing the job. I would highly recommend Clint for any plumbing needs very reliable and trustworthy !

I highly recommend Genuine Plumbing. If you are a first time home owner like myself and plumbing issues start arising its scary to navigate new waters. I found a "$89 special" from another company that came out and quoted me 46k! No immidiate solution to get things flowing at all. I was stressed out but decided to reach out to Genuine plumbing. Clinton came out the next day got our pipes flowing again for a very great price and a plan for the bigger job to get done next year. I am so greatful for there Genuine service!

Joey not only changed the part in my kitchen sink quickly and correctly. Clint went ahead and ordered the part that I got through a warranty and didn't ask me to call as the customer. Excellent customer service, I can't say enough good things about the job well done and so quickly and professionally it was completed.
