Prater Plumbing

I live in an old house with many trees who's roots clog up the plumbing. Every other year I need to have them unclogged. I WILL CALL NO ONE BUT PRATER. NO ONE! Prater is easily available, always on time, if not early. They get the job done the first day. They're professional, yet extremely friendly and nice, with big smiles. Everything is explained as they go. They NEVER leave a mess or any sign they were here, other than a job well done! Today I had Daniel and Sol - two of the nicest men you could meet. They showed me such respect. Thank you. I can't say enough nice things about these two. I've used two other plumbing companies in the past and was never satisfied. From the first time Prater came out, I was a customer for life. 10 stars!

This is one of the rare, honest companies that will definitely take care of you and only recommend things that you need. They did. an awesome job for me and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Great experience! Had a new toilet put in and a tankless hot water heater. They were punctual, professional, and caring. Had a small problem which was dealt with quickly. Their price was awesome and their service was exceptional, I would definitely recommend them.

We have been using Prater Plumbing since 2006. We had a water heater installed 2011 and needed replacement after almost 12 years. We called on Monday the 28th and they came today the 29th and replaced it. Our service technician - Erik was great. He was very professional and kind. He cleaned everything up too - the water from the leakage, etc. He explained everything very well as to what we need to do to on our part to ensure it lasts for years. God Bless Prater Plumbing. This company sends out multiple techs for a job, charges an extraordinary amount. Having worked at a plumbing company, there is no reason to send more than one tech to clear a urinal. When called on it, they claim it’s for safety reasons in case it’s slippery. This is complete nonsense and just an excuse to charge exorbitant prices.

Horrible experience. They completed a faulty plumbing job that created 100s of dollars in water damage to my home. Plumber installed pipe incorrectly. How is this possible?

Mr. Prater visited my home for a quote and then sent an employee(plumber) to perform the work. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel, so I had a gas line extended and also a tub valve change in a bathroom. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I will hire them again!
