No longer a customer. Upcharges $100 for one part when the trip to retrieve said part took 20 minutes altogether. I was met with extreme backlash and aggressive defensiveness by the owner for voicing my concern as a loyal paying customer. Unprofessional and shady communication / behavior as my original questions regarding the work were not even acknowledged before sending someone over. Due to intense escalation on his part, he spitefully said he would refund "every single cent" which I did not ask for, but he did refund me, albeit not fully as he had declared. I've never disputed the quality of the work or even the pricing, as I'm not a cheapskate by any means, but because I was treated like I'm a Karen when I've only ever supported this business for years, it's worth warning others about. I recommend looking for a someone who is legitimately kind and professional, not someone who will take his personal frustrations out on you.

I'm a new regular client: fast response, super customer service - fair and honest -- they spotted a code non-compliance issue with my new ADU's "undertrim" and corrected it along with identifying the source of my leak - and even though it took a couple of visits to truly get to the bottom of my problem, they kept me informed and didn't "add on" any price hike for having to go the "extra distance" for me. I went to Home Depot and bought the new kitchen faucet, which ended up being the problem, but they came back and did the faucet installation without delay, and without adjusting the price, for which I am eternally grateful! Honest and detailed plumbers - these guys are keepers!

Bubbles is the best plumber by far in the Pasadena/Altadena area We use them for every small job around the house. The crew is fantastic and the work is always great. Richard came highly recommended by a friend of mine so when I needed some drain assemblies in my sinks replaced I thought I'd give Bubbles a try. They were great! Responded immediately, got someone out within 24 hours and the job was done efficiently and quickly. Shawn, the man they sent out, knew what he was doing so that he just got right down to work. I see why my friend likes this company so much. Now I do too. And you will as well.

Careful work during a big crisis. Opened up just what was necessary. Got us back up with hot water before the end of the business day, and left the site cleaner than when we started. Recommended a mold mitigation company too! I will always call these guys.

Reliable plumber, great work but at this point, he is only taking new clients from Pasadena, Altadena & Glendale areas.
