When our lovely office dog who shall remain unnamed decided to put our plumbing to the ultimate test (let’s just say
 it didn’t go well), we were in deep trouble—literally. The team at Diablo Plumbing showed up faster than we could Google "emergency plumber," had a good laugh at our canine catastrophe, and got everything flowing smoothly again in no time. Waited 6 hours (1-4 window, showed up after around 7:45pm) for a simple fill and flush valve swap. Plumber arrived tired and unprepared. Have to walk through how the job needs to be done as the plumber was saying how he doesn’t like Toto toilet and didn’t even know how to take the water tank apart. A week later (went for a trip) a slow drip from the connection appears. It’s a Toto toilet so requires removal of the water tank to access the connection. Called customer service. Flat out told me they can send someone over but I might have to pay. I totally understood it’s not a big job. But still, better customer service and care can go a long way :)

1.poor customer care- I called the customer representative for an emergency service. They were so rude in telling me the fact that they are booked and won’t be able to schedule for an emergency. They started blaming me and the property management for lack of coordination and hung up the call. Very poor customer service by the business. 2. Temporary fix for sink clogging - My HOA uses them to fix the plumbing issues at place and they always tend to make a temporary fix. This was the 3rd TIME we were facing the same issue and still they won’t help us out knowing the fact that we can’t use our sink for 2 weeks. 3. Creating additional issues - The 2nd time this issue occurred they stopped the drinking line for some reason and did not fix that for a week meaning no drinking water in house for a week. They also had stopped the dishwasher. I hope no one has to go through them for the issues. because GOOD LUCK with talking to the customer representative. Very DISAPPOINTED in the service. DISRESPECTFUL of the customer.

I still not so sure about this company. I will give them more stars once the job is complete. I just moved to this place so my HOA using them. First of all they made me waited for the plumber past two hours beyond the expected arrival time. They are sure friendly but I am not sure they know what they are doing. The staff was very nice when you called to for why there is delay. They said they fixed my hot water issue but that still need to be seen. Since they said they fixed hot water issue I have been waking up half an hour early every morning just to turn on all the faucets in my condo for hot water to come out. They said the air will eventually flushed out of the pipes and I will get hot faster than 30 minutes.

Made 3 Appts. Each time was told an emergency came up and they won’t make it: the first 2 times, the rude rep. Pretty much said it’s my fault for signing up for the 10-noon slot, as if the prevous work takes longer, they won’t be able to show up. For the 3rd appt. made it for 8am. When called at 8:30 to make sure they will actually show up this time, was told there was an overnight emergency, and that they won’t show up. I don’t know why they just decline residential work in the first place instead of playing these games for 3 months.

I called around to several plumbing companies and they by far provided me with the best customer service and their prices are fair. I called in for a clogged shower drain and the ladies in the office were thorough and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their technicians the day after. The technician arrived on time and completed the job sooner than I expected. I will continue to use them for future services.
