Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

We always use Jazz for all of our issues, whether it be heating, plumbing or air conditioning. They are always super informative and helpful. I also love that we can go to them for most of our household issues! One of their best plumbers, Jose Bruno, frequently comes out to our place to assist with issues. I love that he is honest, gives amazing advice, and always goes above and beyond to answer our questions. His expertise, quick and decisive actions, and down-to-earth explanations ensure we’ll be using Jazz for the foreseeable future.

Jose R. did a plumbing inspection for me today. He was great; super personable yet professional. He was extremely detailed during his inspection. He found issues with my plumbing that were lots of little fixes. Some repairs/replacement require a plumber and some can be done by me as the homeowner. Lots of great tips for maintaining our water heater in the future. In addition he had suggestions for getting the best water for drinking, cooking with and showering with. Great technician!!

Justin Berry was my technician and he was very down to earth and easy to ask questions to. I feel like there is always an upsell with things that need to be replaced or done but Justin was very honest and showed me pictures of my unit and where potential problems could arise. Everything was reasonable and I appreciate his help. We ended up switching out my old thermostat that has caused me nothing but trouble and I think it is going to save my energy bill and a hassle down the road. I appreciate Justin’s service and glad that Jazz has honest capable people working for them.

Overall 4.5 out of 5 so far, to be honest I’m just trying out there a/c side. But, very satisfied with the plumbing side of things. They’ve been prompt on the most part in terms of their appointments and sometimes have even tried contacting me to see if I could have them come in earlier. Even when I sort of had an emergency water heater installation, they were able to come out that day to inspect and diagnose the issue and upon my decision, buying a new water heater and having it installed was the same day. Would recommend them

They did an amazing job installing a new water heater for me. The job looks flawlessly done and very professional. They were quick and accommodating to my questions and preferences, and were extremely friendly during the whole process. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them for your next project!

My 5-star review is for Jazz and for Jesus, one of their technicians. Jesus was the tech assigned to figure out why my 2-year old furnace wouldn't start after it had been relocated as part of a home remodel. Jesus was meticulous and discovered several contributing factors starting with an incomplete thermostat, followed by a bad gas valve; he also found the condensate pump hadn't been reattached. He ordered, installed, and reinstalled the necessary parts, ran several tests, and the furnace is now working as it should. I very much appreciated how Jesus took the time to explain everything so I had a clear understanding of what he was doing and why. Jesus was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and friendly. Regarding Jazz itself, I've worked with Jazz on previous occasions and have found they consistently communicate well with their clients, from setting up appointments, to appointment reminders, to notices if techs are running late, to providing access to a tracking system that gives real-time estimates of their techs' arrival. What I was and am still most impressed by is that everyone at Jazz is on the same page -- the information provided by the techs in the field is consistent with the information given by the representatives in the home office, which hasn't been my experience with other companies.

Jazz is the place to go if you are in the Market for a new heating system. Josh, the sales rep, gave me the best deal and was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. Josh No. 2, the installer is clearly an expert at his job and did the work quickly and efficiently. Josh No. 3 (everybody was named Josh), the other tech, was just as good.

Benjamin is an outstanding plumber! He came to my house yesterday and did a fantastic job. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently, leaving everything clean and working perfectly. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Benjamin for any plumbing needs – he’s truly one of the best!
