We've used Valley Plumbing a number of times for emergency and non-emergency visits and have always been satisfied with their services. Their technician have always been on time, courteous, and efficient. Getting an appointment can be a challenge, but they always get the job done at a reasonable price. We don't like it when we NEED a plumber, but when we do we wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks again Valley Plumbing !

As always Valley Plumbing was perfect. Carl was absolutely the right person for this job. He went above and beyond. He explained everything he was going to do before he started the job. Showed me how everything works and what I should be looking for, he explained if there was any problems to call right away. Then before he left he asked me if I had any questions or concerns. This is the second time I've had Valley Plumbing help me with work in my home, and both times the plumbers were great. This time especially, Carl and Paul were not only professional and efficient, but they saved me a ton of money. I had another plumber tell me I needed to change all 11 valves in my home that were original, but Carl and Paul found the ones that needed replacing and just did those. This saved me $1600. I can't thank them enough for getting me the most value. I will go back to Valley Plumbing for whatever job I have. They're general contractors, so that's a lot.

Kirk completed the house Shut Off valve replacement after Cal Water replaced the main water shut off. Kirk did an excellent job, quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. We will be using Valley Plumbing in the future and we highly recommend them to our friends and family. Posted are before and after photos of the original 56 year old house water shut off valve.

These guys are fantastic. I’ve had work done by them twice and both times the work is done with care, quality, and in shorter time than expected. The cost was better than competitors each time. I love that Valley Plumbing is familiar with homes around Pleasanton and has several loyal customers. That makes a difference as their reputation speaks for itself and the work they do meets that great reputation. I’m happy and fortunate to have Valley Plumbing in my area!

Top notch service from start to finish. Carl was punctual and highly efficient in fixing and switching out our shower heads, faucets, tub spout etc.. He was very respectful of our home, and very courteous and helpful at answering any queries or concerns. Would highly recommend.

We had a sink that clogged at a music school for kids, Spoke to Adam and he was so nice and was able to get us an appointment the next day. Carl came out and was so friendly and amazing. Carl was very fast and clean and fixed our problem in an hour. We are so thankful to Valley Plumbing , Adam, and Carl for coming to our rescue. These folks are really the best. Plumbing is not something I want to skimp on. Jonathan (and the new guy learning the ropes whose name I forgot) did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. Highly recommended for skillful service and integrity.
