It is very difficult to find a plumber or service you can trust. I am so glad I found Emergency Plumbing and Rooter. They offer professional on time service that I could count on. Their service technician Christopher was outstanding. He was on time, polite, insightful, and immediately understood the necessary job. I truly appreciate this company and the services they offer. I added them to my contacts and will use them for all future plumbing services.

Do not use this company. They told my insurance company my water pressure was 120psi but it's only 90 psi. This causes my claim to be denied. They wanted me to pay thousand dollars to replace the water pressure regulator.I bought a pressure gauge from home depot to find out what it really is. If you love giving free money, give them a call.

Awful company. Home warranty sent them out for a toilet leak. Said they wouldn't do any work until wall behind toilet was replaced. Had to take the toilet off to take out the wall. Kept giving me the run around and now says they don't put toilets back on when they're the reason it was taken off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not allow your home warranty to use this company. They are just as big of a scam as American Home Shield. I didn't realize this because the reviews on Google are different then the reviews on Yelp. I had a shower valve that was leaking. It needed a $200 cartridge that could be purchased at Groghe or Grainger to repair the problem. I know this because a previous plumber for AHS had come out. At first we were told by this company that the cartridge wasn't available. Now we are being told that the valve needs to be replaced and it needs a water line modification and our portion of the cost is $585. Are there any honest plumbers left because I can tell you this company is definitely not honest.
