I had a minor plumbing emergency (though it seemed major at the time!) so I called APP on a whim after a google search. I got hold of Chris, who informed me that due to some lucky timing, he and his partner would be able to stop by within the hour. Once Chris and Steve showed up (only about 30 minutes later) I was immediately impressed by their kind demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge of the issue. As a complete know-nothing regarding plumbing, I’d allowed myself to be convinced by a couple of YouTube videos that I could swap out my delta shower cartridge myself. I got it halfway out, then the rest proceeded to crumble and break. This was when I knew I needed some help. Chris and Steve managed to extract the remaining piece and make the repair quickly and easily. In addition, they checked my house water pressure are replaced my faulty regulator in the same visit. All told, they weren’t here for more than an hour, provided incredibly friendly and prompt service, and saved me a headache that was undoubtedly coming my way. I’ve been through lots of plumbers in my time, but today I think I found the last ones I’ll ever need. Chris and Steve definitely made a return customer out of me. Thanks so much fellas!

This guy came out and was extremely fast and had the right tool in his truck 💯 great at his job! Even though he was busy , he still had Amazing prices! And was extremely friendly, and, honest unlike the last guy I kick out for trying to take advantage of my dad , due to 85yrs old constructions,I ask for a receipt and declined! This Amazing guy was fast, cool headed and got the job 👍🏼 done better than any plumbers I've seen, yet was friendly! I completely love this company & don't get scammed, please contact this service they are 100% professional and genuinly kind! Chris gave me a quote for a project. It was reasonable. The project ended up being more complicated than either one of us thought. The contractor that had done previous work many years ago had to create a special situation that was not known. Chris was very patient and was able to complete the project. Chris fixed a difficult galvanized steel water main leak with professionalism, care and attention to detail. The 35-year-old pipe was corroding and difficult to work with. The job included removing and replacing a strip of cement. Lowered review to a 2 for the following reasons. Everything I previously said was accurate. The price charged, $2,250 was excessive and initially didn’t include repairing cement. The job took 5 hrs. and that is $400 per hour labor after allowing $250 for parts. Cement guy wanted to charge $400. Convinced Chris to do the job himself for what I paid, but still excessive and felt cornered due to necessity to repair. A week later another leak. Not Chris’ fault. Hard to get in touch with Chris, but when he did return call he was lethargic and did not sound interested. He called back later with a price of $6,500 to replace entire 55 ft. main water line with copper pipe. I declined after professional plumber was already on site and had fixed the total price of $4,500 using PEX piping, a much better product with less chance of corroding vs. PVC or Copper. Also learned my first job should have cost approximately $1,600. Won’t be using All Purpose Plumbing again, as no one likes to be excessively overcharged, especially the elderly on a fixed income.

Very responsive and reactive. I got a quote in less than an hour and repairs were scheduled for the next day, I only had to push it because I was unavailable the next day. When I rescheduled a couple of days later, the technician arrived on time and completed the repairs in the exact time that was communicated to me ahead of time. I am very satisfied with the main valve repair, looks really clean and professional. Very easy and convenient invoicing and online payment. Would recommend this company to anyone.
