This is the absolute best experience I’ve had, with calling a plumber to fix an issue at my home! Ramon, came out & identified the issue causing my clogged up sinks. Within an hours time my clogs were cleared up. He also recommended improvements that could help me alleviate any issues I would have in the future. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs!!

One of best experiences I've had with a plumber. I've used the bigger names in the past, but I read the reviews about personal and courteous service so I decided to call. Ramon picked up in seconds and was working on the repair in about 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to do anything. Will definitely use Ramon again. Update: had a second plumbing emergency, HE PICKED UP THE PHONE ON HIS VACATION! I told him to get off the phone and enjoy his time off, but just wanted to post to let people know the ownership Ramon takes with his customers.

I called Ramon at Tri City Plumbing to check out my water heater at 8AM. He asked for my address and told me he would be out within the hour. He showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the issues with the water heater and why it needed to be completely replaced. He was very professional and gave me a fair price to do the work and said he could do it immediately. He was done around 11AM and did a nice clean install. Thank you Ramon...Job well done sir!

We have an older home. Our toilets and showers backed up. They got back to us quickly and we’re prompt and on time. The service was exceptional. Ramon and Fernando were so pleasant, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and they went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We would definitely recommend this company!
