Tony's Rooter and plumbing Service

The owner's grandson, (and I already forgot his name, I am so sorry..) showed up at my house to clear a bathroom sink drain. This man was so very kind and he had an honest image and he got the job done within 15 minutes. I appreciate his work and I will definately use the company again and refer to others as well. I called these guys for help with a broken water heater and when they came to my house, they looked at my heater for about 30 seconds and said I would need to replace the whole thing. Even though my heater is less than 10 years old... I asked if maybe a part was broken and needed to be replaced and they agreed that a part might be broken, but said it would be smarter to just replace the entire heater because they didnt have the part on hand and I wasnt gonna want to go without hot water for a week while they got the part. I called a different plumber and he was able to determine that the thermal coupling was broken and was able to fix it on the spot for a fraction of what these guys wanted.

Andrew is very honest and reliable, he took extra time to help me with my washer drainage for free. Will keep his plumbing company in mind.
