I had a fantastic experience with Trever Standlee from Fast Water Heater Co. When my water heater failed, I was desperate for a solution as I was out of hot water in the house. Trever was incredibly responsive, arriving promptly and completing the service the very same day. He communicated clearly throughout the process, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also provided me with clear quotes and walked me through the charges. Trever was professional, efficient, and a true lifesaver! I highly recommend him and Fast Water Heater.

Our water boiler was found leaking and we immediately went to Home Depot for professional service. The company Fast Water Heater Co. that Home Depot arranged for us came on the same day for boiler replacement. The technician David Jackson has great professional experience and knowledge. Not only he explained in details how he would do the job but also listed each item he would install and why they could function well for best of our protection. His work done is neat and excellent in looking and he explained to us how to properly operate and maintain the boiler. We are very happy for the job Fast Water Heater Co. did for us and we particularly appreciate Technician David Jackson for his excellent job and professional knowledge.

My water heater finally gave out after years of it being in our home-- I contacted Home Depot for their water heater installation services and was directed to this company that partners with Home Depot. Prior to contacting Home Depot, I had reached out to various other contractors who each quoted me various prices for the install, ranging from $4000 at the highest to $2475 at the lowest. I was quoted for $2120 for a new water heater install sourced from Home Depot, which was the lowest price I had seen so far. I called on a Saturday and quickly scheduled an appointment tomorrow on Sunday. The following day, the technician Carlos Hernandez came around 11:45 am and briefed me on the process and what he was going to do. Prior to installation, he reviewed the agreed upon price and went over some additonal costs, such as the permit ($244.68), drip pan, and replacement parts. After the additional costs, the price went up to $2917.69, but Carlos patiently explained the reasoning for the costs and parts, so everything made sense. Throughout the process, Carlos explained all the procedures to me and outlined the purpose of whatever document I was signing, so I felt confident in what was going on. Carlos helped answer all the questions I had and worked quickly, finishing in around an hour. Overall, I had a pretty good experience, and would contact this company in the future if I need more water heater repair/maintenance.

I recently completed a complex install of a hybrid water heater. Installer was great, process of working with Fast on the bid wasn't as great but after the tech did a visit to confirm what was needed we got a solid bid. In the end my old water died and Fast was able to come out two days later to do the installation so I was happy with that.

Contacted Fast Water Heater Company and received a quick over the phone quote followed with a next day appointment where the technician walked me through a couple of additional items necessary to bring our existing hot water system to code. The additional items were also listed as possibilities in the confirmation e-mail I received the previous day. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough and only after I was comfortable with the final scope and price was I asked to pay. The work product was excellent and the technician walked me through everything before he departed. Great experience!

am very pleased with the tech, Gabriel Campos. he’s very polite, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. he’s done a great and a marvelous job on installing my new water heater. he also provided detailed information and explained with how to go about with the scheduled maintenance and what to expect with the warranty. in addition, how to connect with customer care if needing any attention with my unit. with after the work is done, he left no clutter at his work site - 🙌 PERFECT!!! i highly commend !!!
