we received great service today 02/22/25 Jose Guerrero. He was fast and efficient and got are problem fixed in a timley manner.

Juan was fantastic! He was kind and curious while completing the required work quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely Roto-Rooter again should the need arise.

Called Roto Rooter this morning by at 10:20am and had a technician out in about 1.5 hrs. Robert and Angel got the job done in a timely manner. Needed a main sewer clean out as it was clogged pretty bad. Thank you and will definitely recommend them.

High marks to East Bay Roto Rooter, not only did they head out to our blocked drain within 5 minutes, they also communicated exceedingly well throughout the course of the assignment. Technician Jose was capable, quick to diagnose and thorough in his work.

Great service! A plumber (Chris) arrived within an hour of calling for an appointment after 6 pm on the Saturday of a Labor Weekend. I needed the pilot light re-lit on my water heater after many failed attempts by me. Chris took about 10 minutes to relight the pilot light and ensure it stayed on.
