Yonathan was timely, friendly, and did an amazing job! I called Superior Plumbing about a kitchen sink leaking behind some drywall. Yonathan examined the issue and also found another issue that he managed to resolve with his one solution. What mattered to me was how proactive and transparent Yonathan was about the problem, pricing, and the service he delivered was fantastic. Everyone knows that plumbers are expensive and generally, the experience is painful with the waiting, the bill stacking up, etc. The service, quote, and thoughtfulness made this well worth the money. To be honest, the pricing was very fair given the quality of work and Yonathan's customer service. Will definitely be hiring Superior again for the next job.

I only have great things to say about Superior Plumbing ! Having to call a plumber is rarely an enjoyable experience, especially when dealing with an emergency like your sewer lines backing up, but they managed to make things as easy as they possibly can be ! They went above and beyond, managed to get someone on site the very same day both times I had to call them. The person I had on the phone was nice and courteous, and the technicians I met were professional, showed up on time, and took the time to explain/show me the issue, and made sure everything was fully solved befire leaving ! This would already have been more than satisfying, but they truly went the extra mile when they contacted our home warranty which was an absolute nightmare to deal with, and managed to get things straightened out to get our claim approved/expedited on more than one occasion ! While I hope not to have to call them again anytime soon, they'll be my first call if needed, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, efficient, and professional plumbing solution ! 10/10 !
