Waited 2 days for someone to come out to our rental with no running water. Johnny came out to fix our water pump. He was completely unprofessional. Worst experience ever! Totally disappointed with an owner who had me on stand by for 2 days and no customer service!!!

I have an kitchen sink that water would not subside. I called different company and just went to voicemail and some charges an arm and a leg and you can buy your own snake machine with the amount. II called Johnnys even after hours and the they they gave me reasonable rate for after hours. They are on time and professional.

Our toilet started to have issues and our usual plumber couldn't service us till the end of the week. Luckily we were recommended to this plumber, same day service the day we called! Our plumber was able to fix the issue with our toilet. Our kitchen sink hadn't been serviced in YEARS so we asked him to clean it out. He accommodated our request, price was fair, and were happy with the results.

Had these guys out about a year ago with my hot water heater that was 4 years old said he replaced the thermal coupler tried calling him Saturday or hot water wasn't working again no call back called Herks Plumbing they came that afternoon found out the other company put the part with the wrong bracket so it was all loose and went out again. Needless to say got the right part feel like I wasted my money on Johnny's be careful !!! I'm giving one star because it did get me about a year plus it wont let me leave anything less !!!

I made the appointment and he was right on time. Took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and less then half hour to fix it because he had the parts in his van. The price was reasonable.

They have expand the company far more than just plumbing which I think is awesome 😎 they were called for service late morning and was out by noon so for that I am giving them a 5⭐ not to forget they took care of two units so Thank You Jonny's Plumping
