Absolute Airflow Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing

They were more of a scam than a legitimate plumbing company. They told us we needed a new toilet and wanted to charge us $1,100 for a no/name new toilet. We needed a simple gasket. It was an easy fix… Don’t use them.

They wasted our time. I’d give zero stars if it were an option. In the words of their own tech, their prices and practices are “highway robbery.” It seems that their business model is to give obscene quotes for minor repairs (and charge you to come out and give a quote) so that they can try to up-charge for major repairs that are unnecessary...

Tim and Mike were awesome to work with. They were very professional and friendly. They gave me detailed explanations of the issues with my current system and what my options were without trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Geniunely great service! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst company ever I paid $48,000 for two unit in 2021. One of my unit is defective since 2021 so many time I asked him to replace the unit but they didn’t and they keep coming every two weeks working on the unit and never got fixed. There’s always issues, I’m tired of calling this company and their service the worst company.

Eddie was polite, courteous, and very nice. Appears he did a good job with everything. He kept things clean when he was working and everything was clean when he left. Everything seems to work fine. We've had quite a bit of work done by Absolute Airflow and so far have been very happy. We had a mini split heating and cooling system put in to replace our 60 year old floor furnace and it sure is wonderful. We also had our house re-piped from copper to pex pipe and so far everything seems to be working great. All workers have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Ahmad was the most recent guy to come to our house for a concern I had. He went under the house and inspected everything and also shared photos so I can see and be reassured. He was very friendly and patient with me making sure I understood everything. He's very knowledgeable and went above and beyond! Thank you so much Ahmad and Absolute Airflow! It's a great feeling finding a trusted company. Your also very good at getting someone out when needed. We appreciate you all!
