Drains and Plumbing arrived promptly and provided excellent service. Gerardo and Juan installed my water heater and provided guarantees of service in the future if necessary. Their work was impeccable and most noteworthy was their professional work ethic and courtesy. I will consider them my go-to plumber for any future plumbing issues.

We were having a big problem with our water pressure—there was no hot water pressure at all, just a trickle throughout the whole house. Adrian from Drains and Plumbing 24 came out and got everything fixed in one visit. Now everything works perfectly! He was super professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to show us exactly what caused the issue and gave us tips on how to avoid it happening again. I’d definitely recommend Adrian if you need a good plumber!

Highly recommend! I will use Drains and Plumbing 24 again. Great experience all the way through, very courteous start to finish. Called on a Saturday and had Gerardo arrive within the hour. Very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He very patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Took the needed time to do really awesome work, and also very efficient. Adrian came and serviced my hose bibb and re piped my home, and now my showers and faucets don't spit when they are ran. Highly recommend as this is coming from a plumbing technician myself. Offered more reasonable prices than my own employer would give me. 10/10 would call again.

I just had an excellent experience with drains and plumbing 24. They got here when they said they would, begin work right away. Showed up in a professional van and the tools inside were well organized, which is always a good sign. The plumber was extremely courteous and efficient. Highly recommend them from my experience.
