Had a stoppage in the sewer line. Called Elite on a Saturday, and the owner arrived a few hours later. Took care of the stoppage and pointed out the issue. Monday, Guillermo arrived on time and immediately went to work digging and replacing part of the sewer line. Very Polite young man that knew exactly what he was doing and communicated along the way keeping me informed. He also changed out a water meter valve. His motto was to leave the area cleaner than he found it. That's exactly what he did! I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

I was very happy with the whole team! They were very polite, accommodating, and worked very hard until the entire job was complete. They kept me informed throughout and left the property neat after the job as well. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have!

I have used Elite Plumbing & Drains on two occasions so far and both times they have proven to be prompt, professional, and efficient. The first time was to replace a water main line outside and the second time was to repair a leak underneath the kitchen. On both occasions they immediately responded to my call, scheduled an appointment timely, and completed each service promptly and with care. I got rusted pipe in my house close to Christmas my bathroom was flooded and my carpet in the bedroom was wet. In order to fix this unexpected situation I got a quote from 03 plumbing Companies. I often don't trust a business that has all 5-star reviews because it looks suspicious, "too good to be true" has served me often as a red flag in my life and I was concerned about Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC, but our sewer line was backing up into the house and I called our usual plumber and two other guys before I gave up and called Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC. When I called Elite, they got me an appointment for service within 10 minutes of calling, for the very next day at 8AM (I called at 2PM on a Sunday). We knew when we bought the house that the sewer line was compromised so I knew more or less what I was getting into and how much it was all going to cost (wouldn't have been cheap regardless of who we went to), but Elite gave us a fair price, and had the work completed in less than 48 hours to repair 80 feet of damaged/clogged sewer line, with two added clean-outs so that any future issues can hopefully be more easily addressed. Dannon and his crew were among the best tradesmen I've ever received help from, and I say that as someone with a long family history in the trades. These guys are respectful, clean, considerate, punctual, and they communicate very well. It's rare to see this level of care and professionalism out there in the world, these guys just became my go-to plumbers for any future issues I run into.

Everardo and his team are AMAZING!! Their customer service is top notch. I had a dirty job that needed to be addressed urgently, and they were able to come same day and handle it. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.
