Initially, I thought of replacing the entire unit, but Jared suggested a final attempt to replace the thermocouple. Luckily for us, it worked! The flame remained steady, and Jared even stayed a couple of hours to ensure it didn't go out. I'm really happy with the high-quality work provided by Jared and the professionalism of the plumbing company. I'll definitely contact them again if I need a water heater replacement.

With Ernest, I didn't have this concern at all. He was personable, informed, and above all, honest.
