This company was referred by my home owner's warranty company, American Home Shield. They came to my home because I reported a leak under my sink. When they arrived they did an assessment and determined that the faucet needed to be replaced. They then ordered the part and informed me that they would return in a few days to install it. However in a few days I called and called, and no one answered. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that no one ever ordered the new part. So I had to wait over a week for them to replace my kitchen faucet. Which means I was without a working kitchen faucet for that entire time. They finally returned and replaced the faucet. On that day, more problems arose. They then determined that the garbage disposal was also leaking and they didn't realize it the first time that they came out. I didn't understand how they did a thorough assessment and did not determine where the leak was coming from, in its entirety. Needless to say, they then needed to order another part and I had to wait longer for the issue to be resolved. I then contacted the owner, in owner to complain about the terrible service that I was receiving. The owner was extremely rude and told me that I could have a different company finish the job. After going back and forth I finally agreed to allow them to finish the job. I would never use this company again. They were unprofessional and made way too many mistakes. Which caused a simple job to take weeks, instead of days to rectify.

Without question one of the best repair experiences in my life. They were kind, prompt, professional, and very understanding. They helped me not only get a leak fixed, but to do it in the way that helped me the most. Truly no other plumbing company has respected my time and money as much them, big shout out to Carlos who was my point of contact.

Unprofessional. If you have a home warranty company, avoid Greenlife Plumbing by any means. It will be a waste of time and money. All they did was find a reason not to perform the assigned job and submit a misstatement to the home warranty company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and understaffed company. I scheduled an appointment with them through American home shield warranty one month ago for the replacement of 2 showerheads and a valve for the washing machine. I have had now 3 appointments with them with today being the third. They were supposed to show up this morning between 9am and 11am and they were a no call no show. I called all morning about 5 times with no one picking up. American home shield also called them twice and they still didn't pick up. I highly recommend not using this company as you can see from all the reviews they are unable to follow through with their appointments and are not committed to fixing your issues. STAY AWAY!

Charged $450 only for it to end up like this the next day. 4 days later no one has come back or contacted me to fix this.

I am writing this update in July 2024. New plumbing issue in June. American Homeshield asigned this same company. I vehemently requested a different company, and they said it was my only option, to give them another chance. This time, they arrived within minutes of the time window they gave me. The plumbers looked very professional, were very polite and even went the extra mile to finally fix a recurrent issue. They cleaned up after their job, and were very mindful of disposing dirty materials. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, this second time. I’m giving them 3 stars because I am averaging both experiences. ****UPDATE ON JANUARY ISSUE I am writing this update in July 2024. These people never showed up, and our insurance finally sent another company for the January Issue. __________\___ I waited for 8 hs, TWICE and have not heard back from them. This company was assigned to me through American Home Shield home insurance. On December 19, I spoke with Carlos, the manager and we scheduled a plumber visit for Friday, January 5 between 8 and 12. We waited all day long and didn't even get a call to let us know they would not come. During the day, after 12 pm I left messages to find out if they were still coming. On Monday 1/8/24, by 1pm I still had no news. I finally was able to talk with someone yesterday, who confirmed Carlos himself would come by on Tuesday 1/9, between 8 and 12. Again, waited for them all day, with no visit and no call. At the same time I have been calling American Home Shield to get Greenlife plumbing to contact me or to send a different contractor, and they simply read from a card and ask me to wait. Also avoid doing business with American Home Shield. We had them for years and worked well, but now they are taking us in circles without resolving our appliance issue, identified on December 5, 2023

Multiple no call no show,,they were assigned by american homeshield and it took them a while to come and can’t complete the job,the manager Carlos has no respect with someone’s time, he will waste your time,he change name too,He is also Willie,Richard? It is the worst plumbing company that I encountered,so if green life plumbing is assigned by your home insurance,request to change them rightaway they’re no good,it s waste of time waiting for them and calling them.

I had a great experience with Green Life plumbing. Their technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They came in a timely manner, helped resolve my issue, and were fair with their pricing. Would recommend!
