I got a fast response from Hiniker Plumbing when needing to install a new water heater. Their employee Donell came out first thing (on a Saturday morning) and quickly got us going again. Great company to do business with. Thanks guys!

Gary and Darnell at Hiniker Plumbing LLC are what I call professional and trustworthy to say the least. Another plumbing company tried to up sell my wife on a replacement water heater to the tune of $3582 with installation. I called Gary and sent 5 pictures of my water heater model and shared my issue that the pilot light would not stay lit. He said he knew what the problem was and they came out the next day and fixed it with the exact part he suspected was the problem for one tenth of the price quoted by the other company. Gary did not try sell me something I did not need. I highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing LLC to address and correct any plumbing issue you may have at a fair price. Darnel from Hiniker was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything to us and went through the process for helping us correct our situation. It was performed fast and efficient, and allowed us back up and operational. We absolutely recommend Hiniker for plumbing related issues.

This is my first time to have Hiniker plumbing service and order for the Hydro Jetting service. The owner Gary came on time. I was very impressed, because for my experience I always needed to wait for a period of time then the technician to come to fix the issues. Gary was very professional and used Hydro jetting to clear out the drain line. The job was done nicely and the charge was fair, if I need plumbing service in future I will definitely call their service again!!

Had an emergency plumbing issue and noticed a Hiniker truck at the neighbors with the plumber Donnell just returning to n his truck. He immediately called in and go-ahead. Was comfortable with price. Donell has such a great personality it was a pleasure to have him here, and on the day before Thanksgiving.

Called them because I had a couple of leaky sprinkler valves. They came out a few hours later Donell did a great job and is very personable. Everything is perfect now! Highly recommend these guys.

Donnell showed up on time, cleaned my shower drain out in 5 minutes, and was done. He was SO polite and cheery and I paid through Zelle, which made things super easy. Also, Gary (the owner) knows how to text, which makes things great for those of us who work from home and can't interrupt Zoom meetings to make phone calls. Thank you!!!!
