He arrived, assessed the situation, explained what was going to be done and took care of business. He went the extra mile by making sure everything was working properly and provided additional suggestions and advice about regular maintenance. He was clean professional and on time. I’m so glad I chose to call Mr Rooter to come and assist me with my plumbing work. They have been nothing but accommodating, efficient, reliable, respectful and just outstanding customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Adam , David, Angel, and Francisco and the entire crew who came out to assist in making our repair move along quick. They all met above my expectations. Adam explained the whole process and was there for us whenever I had questions throughout the time of our repair. I totally recommend their services. They got a major plumbing job completed within a matter of a few days and it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be calling for any future repairs needed. Mr Rooter's customer service is unmatched. The appointment setters were polite and responsive. Matthew responded to my house on time and was very professional and patient. He answered all of my questions and was honest. Highly recommend using Mr Rooter.

Your Plumber Jaime Mancillas was excellent. He was very nice and polite. But most importantly, very knowledgeable and a hard worker. He didn't give up and was able to clear a very difficult clogged drain, that 3 other plumbers couldn't.

Noah gets 5 stars. He was here pretty quick as soon as I called. Professional. Gave me a very reasonable quote. So he got the job. Hubs came home and the problem needed additional work. Noah was here almost 4 hours. The man did a stellar job. I am glad I called.

Mr Rooter was very great with their service I called them early September of 2024 for a leak I had in my restroom. It was fixed from one of the workers and it was fine until a few weeks ago I noticed a puddle by the location that was fixed. Mathew came out today and found the leak apparently it was a T and elbow where the problem was coming from and they fixed it free of charge with the warranty work, from previous job.

Luke was extremely helpful and friendly! He arrived on time and worked in a timely manner. He was even willing to explain what he was doing so I could learn for myself in case I would run into similar issues down the line. I'd definitely trust Luke to help out if I needed to call again 👍🏼
