I was shocked (SHOCKED I say!) to find a plumber with a full 5 stars across the board on nearly 300 reviews. I would have been less surprised to find a unicorn. Do you have any idea how hard it is to make everyone happy every time? It's incredibly hard. So I called them, and TLDR: they earned it. They came out on a Saturday and were there exactly when they said they would be. They resolved my problem quickly and efficiently (a relatively simple fix for a professional, but it saved a massive headache for me), they advised me on some other matters, and they charged me an absolutely reasonable price (I honestly expected to pay double what they charged). These guys are not just excellent professionals. They're cool people who go above and beyond to make it work for their customers. I will absolutely use them again.

Matthew was quick to get us on the books. Kevin was the technician that came. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and provided excellent service. The team's pricing was reasonable, quality of work was excellent, and they did not try to oversell me on anything I didn't need. Would absolutely recommend them and plan to share with my neighborhood group chat in case they have plumbing needs. Great work guys!

Kevin did a great job replacing my bathroom faucet. The old one had rusted underneath and he removed it without issue. He told me all he was doing. I'm very pleased with his work, and I highly recommend him.

I called Plumbing MATTers Plumbing & Rooter Services yesterday morning regarding an issue with my old push/pull style shower knob. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were even willing to send a plumber out the same day, but that didn’t work for me. Kevin called me the next morning and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He arrived promptly and when he said he would. He greeted me and put on plastic boot liners before entering my home. It wasn’t necessary, but I appreciate that he was respectful and considerate enough to do that. I showed him the shower knob and he took the time to watch me demonstrate the issue and listen to me before inspecting the issue himself. Once Kevin got to work on the issue, he kept me updated as he was working on it And let me know what the cost estimates would be based on the level of work projected. Initially, Kevin fixed the issue and had me inspect his work. I informed him that the hot water did not seem to be as hot as it usually was. Kevin took everything apart and went right back to work. He worked on the issue again and had me inspected. I gave him the thumbs up and only then did he consider the job finished. In my opinion, this company and its employees are prompt, respectful, courteous, honest, and hard-working. This is the second time I’ve done business with them and will not be the last time.
