Past upset - I contacted them today to confirm some work they previously provided me. Whoever that person was that answered the phone was a tad short with me and claimed they provided me a refund for the terrible service they provided me. Not true - I never received a refund. But what they did do is charge me an additional $1k for a repair I probably didn't need. I asked him to confirm what work I had and of course he didn't want to. Whoever answered that phone today had an attitude with me because of my review even though his guy provided bad service. Do yourself a favor find a professional plumber.

Premier was called to perform a warranty repair that the original contractor refused to do. Albert arrived when I was told he would. He determined the cause of the leak and had water restored to our house in less than two hours. I would highly recommend.

We are really disappointed with the lack of expertise in this company. They were hired through our KB Home Warranty to find a leak on our kitchen floor. The plumber was nice, but it was extremely suspicious that he was trying to convince us our faucet was leaking, when there was no logical way the faucet could have been the cause of the severe water damage, that we suspected was our dishwasher. We wasted two weeks going through our KB Home Warranty and this lowest-bidder plumbing company, and now have to pay to have our entire kitchen island demolished and rebuilt. If the plumber had done his job in the first place and discovered the leak from our dishwasher (which I did myself, with no plumbing experience) our kitchen island would be salvageable. Thanks for the new faucet.

I have one of their technicians at my house right now, all the way in Santa Clarita! They got here on the same day and worked tediously to locate the leak I was having. They were assigned from my warranty company and I was happy to see such positive reviews and I definitely see why.

Premier Plumbing's technician, Nate, came to my home as a 2nd opinion for American Home Shield. He stated my dishwasher needed to be replaced and supposedly reported that to Premier Plumbing. He also, confirmed that what the previous technician, from Appliance Repair Experts, stated was untrue!!! By the time Nate's report got to AHS, it was reported that there was damage and it wasn't wear and tear. I tried calling them & AHS and they didn't care what I had to say about what Nate told me he was reporting to replace the dishwasher. Premier Plumbing refused to let me speak to Nate or leave a message. I highly recommend thinking twice before contracting with American Home Shield or Premiere Plumbing!!
