Water heater was acting up as I called and Ryan promptly called right back. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and gave me quotes and options., without pressuring or up selling me. Ryan got me an appointment next day. Scott showed up for the appointment and I accidentally gave them the wrong size of the water heater.... No problem, as Scott offered to get the correct size and come back right away, same day. Service was quick, efficient, cost effective, ....and amazing. Excellent service. Yesterday 's headache of waking up to a busted water heater knowing family was coming into town and 24 hours later I have peace of mind from an outstanding company.

I'm a Riverside based General Contractor. Usually I'm doing some sort of New Construction, while Ryan can do this type of work well its not how we met. I meet Ryan and his team when trying to find someone who could help us with an emergency slab leak. They were able to offer a temp fix, a re-pipe, and new tankless water heater within a few days and keep my customers water going every evening. What I think Ryan does the best is come up with inventive solutions that are also professional.
