Righty Tighty picked up my call right away, I didnt have to call again and again or leave a message and wait for a call back. It was on a Sunday afternoon. Came just in time to check on the water leak. Justin was the technician, very professional and outstanding. It turned out the problem was on our neighbor’s side. Justin even went over to the neighbor and informed them. That was very thoughtful and kind. I know the neighbors and they were pleased thank thankful for him. The fact that you guys picked up the phone on the weekend, came out to see us within time promised, even went above and beyond to help us out and our neighbor, definitely deserves five stars on customer satisfaction and recommendation. Thank you for your excellent service.

Highly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing! My daughter suggested them after having a great experience with her rental property, and I can see why. We had a serious drainage blockage causing water to back up in the shower, and Tony, our technician, was exceptional. Communication was clear, he arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Even better, he called the company to reduce our bill because he solved it so fast—who does that? Tony was personable, honest, and thorough, testing all fixtures to ensure everything was clear before he left. Their integrity and professionalism are unmatched. I’ll definitely be using Righty Tighty Plumbing again!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. I used them for a video sewer inspection and it was last minute and they were able to accommodate. It was raining and I had others cancel because of the rain but they pulled through. Lorenzo Luna was the tech/plumber who serviced our request. I highly recommend

Yesterday Tony from Righty Tighty Pluming came to the house to fix a number of plumbing needs. He was extremely professional as well as personable. I can't recommend this young man highly enough.

I called for emergency services, as my main residential drain was clogged. This led to my tubs and sinks backing up. I called at 10pm. The emergency services call taker told me I would have a technician come within a couple hours. I waited up all night. I called for help because I needed to shower for work and I have a family. I received a nice call from a different employee in the morning at 8am. I appreciate the apology and understand the mistake for how the emergency call out was not properly scheduled. However, an apology doesn’t get me back the hours I spent waiting up. Definitely loss a customer, who was willing to pay the $200 call out fee on top of diagnostic and service fees. In an emergency, I do not recommend this business.
