So I had called 5 local plumbers and this was the only guy that would actually talk to me. Two of the companies were very rude but this guy Rick was very helpful and considerate person. I paid a fair amount and I think I received a good deal for the money. My wife and I thank you for picking up all the mess I do thank you for not cheating us and doing a great job. M.J.

Rick is an independent local plumber located in Riverside, CA. Rick answered my call directly and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Rick responded to my residence quickly and the repairs were completed for the agreed price.

I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.
