Has not installed yet. Came out to my house right away. Water heater not making water hot enough. Dean was great. Educated me on what I should know. I am sick and husband out of town. Discovered it was leaking after he came Out to my house. Installing tomorrow morning. Very intuitive and considerate and Efficient and polite.
