Best experience from start to finish! We had a plugged up kitchen drain, I called a few others plumbers with no response. Gilbert at Monster Rooter was the only one to reach out to discuss my issues. He arrived promptly and on time, ready to work. He communicated and kept me informed through the entire process. Gave me all my options. His work is top notch and professional. He also cleaned up and left no trace of the issues we had. I will be calling Gilbert and Monster Rooter for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future. LOCAL, HONEST & HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've used Monster Rooter twice now and both times were great. Gilbert is friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. I had a clog at 11 o'clock at night and he showed up within 15 minutes. Got everything cleared and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again.

Super glad i called Monster Rooter Plumbing. Called in at 0800 on Monday morning and had tech at house within 30 minutes in Rosamond. Replaced home line water pressure regulator, shutoff valve, and associated piping same day! Tech Gilbert was awesome! Very friendly, honest, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair in easy terms, executed the repair as advertised, made sure water has functioning properly, and left area better than it was. Excellent service and fair pricing. Highly recommend and will definitely call again for any future plumbing problems!
