Awesome experience with Michael and Mach 1 Plumbing! Our fairly new water heater went out over the weekend (of course it does on a weekend) and Michael answered his phone and all my questions on a Saturday! He was able to get my parts ordered under warranty and came out and replaced the faulty controller as soon as they came in. I really appreciated his attention to our needs and his awesome communication throughout!

We used Mach 1 Plumbing to fix our leaking bathroom faucet and shower and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. I called at almost 5pm on a Tuesday evening. Michael and Cole were at my house by 6pm and fixed all my problems. Pricing was reasonable. They were fully prepared and had all tools and parts with them. Their courtesy and customer service was excellent, even wearing shoe coverings so as not to dirty my floors. They cleaned up after themselves quickly and completely. They answered all my questions. They were not in any hurry but they worked quickly. They were friends with my dogs. Mike came out next day- first thing in the am to do inspections. Took his time and really went through the home with thoroughly. We noticed a toilet leak in our master bath last night. My husband contacted Mach 1 Plumbing and asked for a return phone call. He spoke to Michael about the issue later that evening. Michael came out the next morning and after investigating the problem, he provided a thorough diagnosis of the issue. He gave us a very reasonable rate, took care of the issue quickly and made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned up once he was finished. We were very satisfied with the work. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues we may have. We definitely recommend Michael and Mach 1 Plumbing.

I found Mach1Plumbing on Google for a water stop device installation that was required by my homeowners insurance. I had a lot of questions and Michael always picked up when I called. He is great at explaining the small details that I asked about. He fixed 3 leaks also in the yard and was reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to fellow homeowners.
