Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of Roseville

I don’t recommend their service. I called them for identifying the internal leak in my home within the pipe running through dry wall. They came and charged $350 but no reports were provided. In spite of several follow ups, I didn’t get any report on exact spot of leakage. They sent a video which i didn’t make any sense to me. Instead of report, they sent me estimations repeatingly with adding unnecessary things quoting $9000-10,000 for a small work. Another plumber could fix it easily with very very less cost. Be careful!

This company used to be great but have become completely unreliable. I requested service and Jonathan said their next available is on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm which I accepted. I did not request this date and time, I was offered it! I text Jonathan at 1:02 pm on the day of to see if someone is still coming. I don’t hear from anyone until 1:51 pm saying they are too busy and will have to reschedule. First of all I need my issue fixed and second of all I have plenty of things to do on my day off besides waiting around for Rooter Hero just for them to flake on me. I was offered a $25 coupon for my trouble which is laughable since their website offers a $50 coupon for plumbing. Just another company that overbooks at the expense of their customers. They have a total disregard for their customers time and needs.

Another great service provided by Shane at Rooter Hero! My thermostat and furnace has been on the fritz and shane came out on a weekend and exercised his expertise to get my heater back in operation! Highly competent and personable, Shane went above and beyond for my family-my wife and two little ones say thank you for restoring the heat! Much appreciated!

Eric was very professional and did a great job helping me with my plumbing issue. Not only did he fix our problem but was very clean and efficient and also kept us informed threw the entire process!! Definitely a 10/10 and I highly recommend him. Will be requesting him in the future if need be.

I was thrilled with the service I got today! Shane is awesome, super nice and very informative. He explained everything and showed pictures. I was also given info about a permanent fix. I became a member with this company. They are people friendly.

Rooter Hero replaced the waterheater in out rental property at a third of the estimates we received from other companies! Definitely will use them for future needs/maintenance.

This is my second time using this company in the past 4 months. For both calls, I had my pipes back up over the weekend. This company is incredibly professional and has technicians available thru the weekend. Rory was the absolute best. He called ahead and arrived with a calm, positive energy. I could tell he loves being a plumber. He was happy to answer any of my questions and also show me the work he had been doing to try and fix my clogged kitchen sink. I really enjoyed having him service my home and would not hesitate to call this company again for any of my service needs. Thanks to their management team for having such a professional team on staff - call center and field staff or top notch!
