I had an amazing experience with Sanctified Plumbing! Angela called to let me know the plumber, Charles, was on his way, and he arrived on time. He came out to snake our sewer line. His customer service was exceptional, and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Charles quickly and efficiently fixed the issue, and everything is working perfectly now. Great company, they were there and helped me when I needed them. They helped me right away and didn’t make me wait 1-3 days like other companies told me. I had been without hot water since Tuesday going back/forth with Liberty Home Guard (LHG) who I was told had escalated it. NOT - Charles and Angela came out and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOT THE HOT WATER HEATER GOING AGAIN, I WON’T HAVE TO BOIL WATER ANOTHER DAY🙌🏽. - BOTH WENT THE EXTRA MILE: Charles ensuring I had hot water and Angela calling and trying to get LHG to escalate the issue as they stated they had.

I have used Charles and Sanctified Plumbing to replace my hot water heater, a toilet, old faucet and various plumbing emergencies. They are always very responsive and great to deal with. Their work is quality and I never feel like they are overcharging. No plumbers aren’t cheap, but I have added to the scope of work while they are onsite for minor things and they have never even added onto the charges. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I would recommend Sanctified Plumbing and Sewer Repair. I called on Saturday and they stopped by to assess our situation on Sunday. They returned on Monday to find our backup and clear the line. Even offered to install a new toilet at no cost . They were thorough and kept there appointments. Fast, friendly and exceptional service provided. We had a leak coming from our kitchen sink and Charles was able to identify the problem and fix it in right away. Our plumber Charles was awesome and knowledgeable. It was evident that he comes from a wealth of experience and knowledge in this expertise. Sanctified Plumbing did a great job fixing our sewer line problem. They set up an appointment much sooner than we expected and arrived on time. Charles was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He identified our problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. We will definitely call Sanctified Plumbing should we need any plumbing work in the future.

My review is way overdue. I had an emergency in which my water heater suddenly went into its death throes. I didn't know a plumber so went online to find one. I did the usual due diligence and checked reviews whenever possible. I took a chance on Sanctified and am happy to have done so. Charles was quick to respond to my emergency and got a new water heater installed. He also got all the necessary permits for the installation and took away the corpse of my old unit. The work was professional, and he made sure to clean-up the work area when the installation was completed. Awesome job!
