I am so pleased with Plumbing Pros, they will always be the first plumbing team I call should I need a plumber! Fast and friendly service, quick response to calls, excellent work ethic, neat, respectful of my home, they do high quality work and are affordable. Steve has always provided great recommendations and Dusty has done a beautiful job replacing two older toilets in our home…I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Had a leak on my ceiling I called Plumbing Pros, spoke to Steven the owner, he was very helpful and scheduled an appointment. Joe showed up and was very professional. He put booties on before he came in to the house. He found the leak on the ceiling and cut the drywall. Joe recommended replacing the toilet wax gasket. Since the toilet was being removed, I asked Joe if we could install a new toilet and hardware. Joe was accommodating and without hesitation agreed to the extra work. Joe fixed everything on the same day and cleaned up after his work was completed. Joe was courteous and I appreciated his professional demeanor and recommendations. I am extremely pleased with Joe’s work and highly recommend Plumbing pros.

If you are in need of an honest plumber that does excellent work look no further. I have used The Plumbing Pros several times and always great service. The company responds quickly too. The most recent work was performed by plumber Joe Rippley and he was fantastic.

An awful morning became a good experience overall: I woke up Wednesday 1/8/25 at 5 am and turned on the water to shower. It was cold and not warming up for an exceptionally long time. I went to the garage to look at the water heater and what I found was a gushing watershed, water spilling out from the whole thing/ water on the floor of my garage, it sounded like a babbling brook. This is not the thing I want to deal with when I need to get ready and go to work! I looked online and called one of the “name brand” plumber phone numbers. There was no answer. This may be because it was so early. (In retrospect I think their lack of early availability was a blessing.) Next I looked at yelp for a plumber in my area and found this company and called. Steve picked up on the first ring and greeted me with pleasant reassurance in his tone. I told him what was happening and he asked a few questions and said he could have it replaced the same morning. I got a firm quote on the price with a discount for paying by check instead of credit card. I was able to write and leave a check with my 18 year old who was still home from college, and I headed to work. Before the technician arrived I received a “thank you for your business” email from Steve, the owner, and it included a personal video greeting from him thanking me for supporting his small business. He also texted me a photo of the technician (Bruce) who would be arriving at my house and the vehicle he would be driving. While at work around 10 AM I heard that the work was all completed. My 18 year old handed him the pre-written check and my 20 year old woke up and took a hot shower none the wiser to all the morning’s stressful drama. All this long story is to say… I paid $2190 for a 40 gallon water heater, all the new connections and everything put in better than before. I now know that I saved AT LEAST $1000… my own mother recently paid over $4,000 to a different plumber in a different city for the same exact thing!!! I recommend this business highly. This company is GREAT! After another plumber never returned my calls, I reached out to Mike at The Plumbing Pros and he was able to get someone out the next day to address our clogged kitchen sink. Joe showed up on time, very nice, and was able to fix our sink in a timely manner. This is a fantastic small local company that puts customers first. Thank you!

Discovered this morning that my water heater was leaking water, flooding my garage. Spoke to Steve from The Plumbing Pros around 8am and by 10.30am one of the technicians (Bruce) showed up and replaced the heater and all connections in a very quick and professional manner. Great work! Thank you!

Normally I ignore these requests. However, this is totally deserving of my time! “Pros” are exactly what you get when you call Plumbing Pros. We had what we thought was going to be a simple fix. Turns out it was a bit more complicated than we expected but everything was explained in a way we could understand which earned our trust completely. They referred a landscaper who came that same day and together they finished a complicated job the very next day at a reasonable price. We would recommend them 100% to anyone needing a company they can trust!
