What a fantastic service organization United is. I experienced great customer service (both from the office and from the in-the-field pros), excellent skills (right tools, right procedures), and fair pricing. United's speedy and knowledgeable crew gets your home/business back up without a lot of stress and always ready to answer any questions. United replaced and updated my 70 year old sewer system within a few days and left my property not looking like a war zone even after moving five plus tons of dirt and rocks. Thank you, Sean and Djalil, from the S.J. office over on Koll Circle for the great plumbing work and a big thanks to Leo for the financing of the project. It's good to know that United also provides Electrical and HVAC services along with their great plumbing services. Finally, as a good company should, know that United makes extra efforts via the phone and online to inquire how you truly feel about how your work project came out and how their staff performed.

The team (a few Russian guys) did great job unclogging my kitchen sink with a powered long range snake. They were very respectful, thorough and very accommodating. Fair price as well

This is the third time I have been able to rely on United Plumbing to help me diagnose and fix complex plumbing and hot water heater related issues, in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Mountain View. Each time the person fielding my request for assistance, was engaged and truly helpful. Each time she arranged to have a technician here by appointment with a photo of how was coming in and they arrived each time in the promised time window. And each time they solved the issue I was having. In summary, United Plumbing replaced a hot water heater and installed a recirculating pump, at an excellent price with excellent service to get me back with hot water service. Highly recommended professionals.

Extraordinarily well done job. Ask for Mike, the technician who worked on my project. He is precise, organized, efficient and patient: He took time to explain the options available and agree on a solution that met the constraints of the project. Multiple plumbers from other companies had worked on the same system before, none of them with a level of quality comparable to Mike's work: I'm confident that other technicians at United Plumbing are as professional and competent as he is, but this review is based on first-hand experience with Mike's work, something I can personally attest to and recommend. I am scheduling United Plumbing for an additional separate project, as they are my default first choice now. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful. The technician came and explained that we needed a new faucet and possibly new valves. That quickly escalated to him saying we needed all new piping. He said he was going to go out to his truck and come back with a quote. Instead, he left. Literally just LEFT. No message, no info, no explanation, he just left and I got a text saying my job was completed. I explained how frustrating and unprofessional this was and they quickly offered a free consult which I definitely will not be taking. A different plumber came and fixed it quickly and easily. I will never use this company again.

United Plumbing was a joy to work with. The pilot light on our ~20 yr old water heater went out and would not reignite. Of course this happened on a Friday, and many of the plumbers I called were closed on a Saturday. I called United and was able to get immediate assistance - we were scheduled to have a technician out to assess the situation the following day. Islam and Djalil were punctual, efficient, and professional, and the price for the installation of a new water heater including labor was $500 cheaper than another plumber I had gotten a quote from. We are very happy and grateful that they were able to come out on a weekend and do such good work for us. Thank you so much!

I had a faucet that became difficult to operate. The tech worked with me to figure out which faucet I wanted as a replacement. Then he installed it without problems. It was quick and painless.
