A2Z Water Heaters did an outstanding job! My wife and I got several bids to replace our 22 year old water heater. After Fred and Joey detailed what work was involved and provided a notebook summarizing everything, we were convinced that they were the team for the job. They were very flexible and worked with our schedule. The water heater was replaced exactly as previously explained, the work area was left clean, and the new water heater looks great! I initially checked yelp to get an estimate from another competitor, but their price was way over my budget. That's when I found Fred through recommendations on Nextdoor and decided to call them. My water heater was leaking from the bottom, So I needed a replacement. Fred and Joey did an outstanding job. Fred took the time to explain what was wrong with my old water heater, pointing out several issues with the previous installation. They took their time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I understood how the new system works.

What a great experience! I did a lot of research before picking a company to replace my old water heater. The reviews online about A2Z were all glowing and the real-life experience did not disappoint. Fred, Joey, and Angel proved that they're actively involved in a small family-run business that prides itself on customer experience. They explained everything, communicated well, provided all paperwork, set up the permit and inspection by the city, and consistently let me know that they'd be available for any issues or questions. They're all clearly experienced pros at what they do.

I was taking my dog out into the backyard, when I saw a trail of rusty water coming out from the water heater closet which is on my patio. When I opened the door , there was water leaking from the roof down on top of the heater. Because I had a power ventilator , which the motor sits on top of the heater, the leak fried it. Since the old heater was over 11 years old it was not worth fixing. Because of his reputation, I knew when the time would come to replace the heater , Fred would be the person to call. I called him on a Saturday morning and he and his Son-in-law Joey were here in less than an hour. Fred looked everything over and we agreed that the leak did the heater in. He wanted to come back on Sunday morning to get a closer look at the vent on the roof since it was raining at the time. He found where water was leaking down the pipe and replaced the vent pipe so it could not leak anymore. As it turned out there was a second leak away from what Fred fixed. I had a roofer find and repair that on Monday afternoon. Fred and Joey were out here about 9am on Tuesday to replace the heater. They have a quality that so many repair people are missing. They take pride in their work and do it well. My wife and I also enjoyed visiting with them. It was so nice to have hot water again after being without for a few days. For those wondering why it took a few days, I had to get my roof leak repaired in addition to what Fred fixed around the vent and Fred had to find a model that would fit in a very tight closet since my old one was discontinued. Fred and Joey were polite no matter how many questions I had. They cleaned up all of their mess before leaving. Thank you Fred and Joey for a job well done

Our water heater was 12 years old and had been showing signs of needing to be replaced for a couple of years. After obtaining some estimates, I was so impressed with how thorough Fred and Joey were in explaining everything. I typically always validate what any service provider tells me, so after they left I started researching each and every item that they indicated needed to be corrected either due to an improper previous installation or being out of compliance due to new and updated codes. They were spot on on everything. The other companies I contacted were not anywhere close to being as thorough as Fred and Joey were. Needless to say, I was highly impressed. After the installation was complete and they reviewed everything with me, I was blown away at how good everything looked and the difference in workmanship compared to what was there before. The inspector arrived and everything passed without any problems at all. Lastly, I never write reviews, but this company is the exception! Kudos to the entire team at A2Z Water Heaters!
