ABC Plumbing

The service was prompt, thorough, friendly, and efficient! ABC even arranged to have a cleaning/restoration company come out THE SAME AFTERNOON to take care of the aftermath of our flooding disaster. Overall, I'm delighted with the service I received.

They sent someone out 3 times because they didn't bring the right tool the first two times. The first time my husband asked for the right tool after watching the worker struggle with cheap equipment that broke. The second day he tried again with different cheap equipment and failed. And he smelled very strong of alcohol from the night before. Yuck. Then finally the third day they brought the right tool and they were in and out in 15 minutes. The worst part is that they billed us for all of their mistakes. A service charge that took 15 minutes once they provided the workers with the right tools should not be $500+.

Plumber came out to do service needed, told me he needed part to fix leaking bathtub, said he would get the part and be back never came back to fix our problems. Called customer service she that she would check into it never heard back We received a call today asking had the work been done! We are a business and they are one of our preferred service provider. We will never use them again! Not good service at all! This is the second time this has had with this company. I had to get someone else to do our service which was done the same day of the call out.

Had appointment from 12-4 on Friday May 27th. Took 1/2 day off for the appt. They were supposed to call when on the way. They didn't call, showed up after 4, reeked of cigarettes, bad mouthed the plumbing system and stayed a grand total of less than 3 minutes and said it would need to be scheduled for another day. Never received a call back from them. Got quick helpful service elsewhere.

Their new guy was more professional than the senior worker. One guy was very unprofessional. He came at 10am to check water heater said he needed some parts and would be back later, he leaves i lock my front door, He shows up 2 hours later and tries to just walk inside my house. When he couldnt get inside he then decides to knock. He also did it again when he went to store later to get more parts he left for about 30min came back and tried to just walk right in without even a knock first. This is not where he lives and all other times i have had a handyman or repair man come over they always knock first, even if they just run to their car. They made a huge mess all over my carpets, mud all over didn't even try to wipe off their shoes outside. And lastly, they stole my broom. I went to clean up the huge mess they left outside and my broom was gone and i know it was there cus i used it to sweep a little when they left for store.

The weekend tech, Samuel, has saved me twice. The first with a multi unit apartment and a backed up sewer line emergency. And the second, a broken hot water line which runs along the top of the units. Both were Saturday emergency calls and the return calls were quick and the service taken care of quickly. Same day for one and first business day for the other as it was a more involved repair.

These guys were awesome. They were clean professional and knowledge. It took 2 separate technicians to clear my drains. Their charge for the service I had done was way less than I expected. I recommend this plumbing business to anyone needing service. Thank you ABC.

We’ve always gotten the best and knowledgeable service from ABC plumbing. The 2 technicians that came out yesterday to our mobile home park were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! Thank you guys. 7/7/2021
