Chappy gave good service today. Very quick! Heater was out and they were able to get it fixed under 30 min. Cleaned furnace area, cleaned sensor and re-lot the pilot light

Called Ace for a maintenance check on my HVAC system, Martin, the tech was super polite and provided a very comprehensive overview of my system. I felt he was honest and professional and not there to just up-sale me. I highly recommend Ace and will definitely call them again!

Called ACE and received NEXT DAY appointment and service, which is very important as I only have one bathroom!!! Chanel was awesome booking my appointment and got me scheduled between 8:00-10:00am and Gerry showed up at 9:15am and called me before that to let me know he was about 15mins away. He was very knowledgeable. They had the parts on the truck and fixed my leaky toilet in just under an hour!!! No one from Chanel in the office to Gerry the plumber tried to upsell me a thing!! How refreshing! Everyone very professional and knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them again! Thanks TEAM ACE!

I called Ace Plumbing about noon on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to have a couple technicians out by 3 pm that same day. Other companies I contacted weren't available until Monday. Gerry and John quickly assessed the issue and had my sink flowing in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with their service.

I’d like to start off the review by stating that I am the owner of Ace Plumbing, Heating and Air. As the owner of a plumbing heating and air company I need plumbing and heating and air services at my home just like any other homeowner. Today I had a heating and air conditioning issue that I needed to have looked at by one of our team members. The office dispatched one of our newer team members Chappy to our home. I have met Chappy around our shop and had spoken to him a few times, but never had the opportunity to see him in action. I took this opportunity to assess the customer service experience that our customers would be receiving from him. I must say Chappy was awesome and I’m proud to have him on our team! He was extremely polite and professional. Utilized booties to protect my floors when entering the home and got right to work. He took time to understand the situation and what was needed to resolve the issue. After coming up with a game plan, he presented me my options and I has a crew coming out tomorrow to get the project taken care of. Again, take the review with a grain of salt, but a lot of experience working with technicians and I can honestly say we are lucky to have Chappy on our team. If he ends up coming to your house, you’ll understand why such a great review. He genuinely cares about his customers and delivering 5 star Customer Service! I had a toilet fill valve go bad in the middle of the night. I called Ace Plumbing because I've seen their trucks all over Sacramento for decades and they have a great reputation. I was not disappointed. Technician Brandon responded promptly was able to completely repair the problem in no time and at a reasonable price. Definitely using Ace Plumbing in the future.

Well into the evening of the night before Thanksgiving our bathroom drains and toilet started backing up. I tried my best to solve it myself, but we needed professional help. Stressed and frustrated, we called Ace (we love Ace) and a little bit later we Everett arrived at our house. Everett was cool. His manner was even and friendly. He immediately had a game plan and got to work to diagnose the problem. About 30-45 minutes later he solved it and he was on his way. He was great and we will ask for him again. Ace is not necessarily the least expensive plumbing group out there, but after owning our home for some years now we've realized you get what you pay for. Ace plumbers are always professional and we've never had to put up with any BS from any of them. Most folks should know what that means.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon and were unable to get our landlords contracted plumber to show up before Monday. I had seen the TV ad for Ace Plumbing and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ryan and within the hour he was knocking on my door ready to solve the problem. He quickly assessed the problem and went about the business of solving it. Ryan was prompt, courteous, personable and professional.
