Lenny was so great to work with. After asking a few clarifying questions and inspecting the area he determined that snaking/clean-out wasn’t indicated. He told us how to monitor the situation and there was no charge. We really appreciated his honesty! It would have been easy for him to sell us something that we didn’t really need. If we need help in the future, we know who to call.

Over a five year period using them, all services have gone up, but are consistent and in line with our area. In particular our tech Leonard who has completed more than one service has been highly efficient and completes all work with excellent quality, leaving me delighted to pay the invoice.
