⭐ 1 Star I had a terrifying experience with a Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing truck (License Plate: 85489L3) on the freeway. The driver aggressively stopped in the middle of moving traffic just to have a conversation with someone through the window, completely ignoring the fact that cars were speeding behind him. This reckless behavior nearly caused multiple accidents! When I honked and yelled for him to move, along with other frustrated drivers, he had the audacity to threaten me, telling me to get out of my car so he could "beat my ass." This is beyond unacceptable—this company needs to seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand on the road. Avoid doing business with a company that employs such dangerous and unprofessional drivers! đŸš«đŸ‘Ž march 11th @8:30 am

Good. The technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and up front. I appreciated that. Bad: I had to be rescheduled 4 times before the tech came and when he called to schedule for a person to come out to provide a quote for a new system
the scheduler would not listen to me, was very aggressive and I decided I did not want to have an appointment with that company based off of her.

If I could give a negative on the stars for ratings I would. This is the worst company I have EVER used. They installed my water heater, it took them literally all day i mean 6 or 7 hours to install it because he kept going to the store to get parts because he kept buying the wrong parts. When the inspector came out to look over the work he touched it and was immediately electrocuted, needless to say it failed inspection. they sent another guys out to “fix” the issues and when he “finished” the job the inspector came back to failed it again. The fusebox was wired incorrectly and it was still an electrical hazard. They came out again to fix the fuse box and the pipes they left sticking out of the wall that they left there for no reason at all and they used the wrong pipes and that had to be replaced. I called them for 3 MONTHS to try and get things scheduled and Savannah, I was told was going to call me back, in 3 months she NEVER did. I spoke to 3 different managers, I used the term VERY loosely, they were all going to make sure Savannah called me and “we will get the return visit scheduled“ but it NEVER happened. I ended up scheduling my own inspection and it once again failed and I once again couldn’t get a hold of them until I completely lost it on the company and I had to get the inspector involved because my 6 month permit was about to expire because they screwed me over for months and refused to do their job for months. This is the worst company, don’t ever use them if if you want a safe home. 4 times the inspector had to come out because they don’t have any technician that know what they are doing and they don’t stand by their word or their work. 3 months they would even talk to me to fix the hazard they created in my home. I had a week and a half left on my permit for them to fix it and thankfully it finally did, because if it failed this time the company would have been fined by the city so when it was going to cost them money they figured it out. I paid thousands of dollars for them to create hazards in my home. I can wait to hear this company has gone out of business.

Very disappointed with this company. They came to replace my kitchen sink a week ago. They broke my tiles during the install of the new sink. Then I had to find a tile guy to order and fix the tiles. That cost me $450 for parts and labor. Now I can’t get them to come back to re-install the sink. They have cancelled on me for three separate appointments now. I am left without a kitchen sink for a week and have wasting 6 hours waiting for appointments that were no shows.

Courtney did a great job installing. She was professional, courteous and efficient . The service was scheduled for 10-2 but whoever scheduled the technician didn’t do a good job as she was not able to do our service until 3pm. One star loss for the scheduling staff

Horacio did a great job and I would highly recommend his services. He changed out a 25 year old dryer gas valve and installed our new dryer. The job was completed in less than an hour. The installers were great, but the salesman was not as knowledgeable as he should have been and sold us a system that didn't work well with our existing intake. We were disappointed with our very expensive, top of the line furnace and we have not been impressed with their "one-year guarantee." No refund of the cost difference to put a cheaper furnace in, and the customer resolution lead has ghosted us not once, but twice, suggesting solutions, promising to get back to us and then ignoring us and hoping the problem goes away. We regret going with Beutler, but an extra star for their excellent installers.
