I recently had a new AC system installed by Clarke & Rush, and I couldn’t be happier with the service, especially given the extreme heat we’ve been experiencing (100-115 degrees). The technicians, Tobiah, Joseph, and Brayan, were exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and communicative throughout the entire process. Their efficiency was impressive, completing the installation in just one day, from 7am to 2pm. They were knowledgeable and professional, and I truly believe they deserve higher pay for their excellent work. I paid $11k for a new AC system (compared to other companies that were charging $18k+) , and the brand they recommended was Carrier. My old AC system was about 20 years old. The only downside to my experience was the quoting process. When you call for a quote, they don’t give you a price over the phone. Instead, they send someone out to inspect your system and spend about an hour discussing their company and the brands they work with. It felt unnecessary, especially since the salesperson already had the quote amount written down on a paper before arriving. Despite this, the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the technicians made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Clarke & Rush for their outstanding service.

Clarke and Rush, or Garick as I knew them is an excellent company to work with! From the first visit to assess what needed to be done to the final day, Warren and his crew headed by Brian were professional, efficient, friendly and responsive. If something wasn't quite right they fixed it. We were not able to operate the thermostat they brought so they replaced it. Too much air was coming out of one vent, they fixed it. Problems under the house with pests, they took care of that. It is such a delight, after years of no air in the upper story of our house, to finally have a smooth comfortable system. They promised, they delivered and with integrity and clarity.

I had the pleasure of having Doug Smith from Clark and Rush out today as he installed permanent heat and air filters in our systems. These filters need to be washed with a hose and simple green once a month and they are good for a lifetime. Thank you Doug for letting me in on this product; I will enjoy the freedom of not buying anymore filters in the future. Doug was careful to wear booties in the house and a dust mask as he cleaned the filter compartments. He took the filter slotted doors off and cleaned each one outdoors. He was thorough and pleasant. Look forward to having him back!

Clarke and Rush is the best experience I've had with any Air- Conditioning Co. Tony, Shaun, and Jesus were very professional, on time, organized, very informative, great clean up, and a job well done in a good amount of time. What's really great is, they gave us a Senior Discount which made our new system very affordable. Great Job guys!!!

Billy, from the C&R service team did an excellent job! He has a great positive attitude and great communication skills. He replaced my house water supply valve, a landscape water supply valve, and my refrigerator water supply valve. He ran into a few challenges during the installation and was great in explaining options in solving the issues. Not only did he consider the functionality of the solution but also the aesthetics of the completed job, which I really appreciate. Thanks C&R!

They always call when they are on the way, and always within the time promised. Really great employees, never leave a mess or scare our cats. They make suggestions for upgrades or replacements when needed and never pressure us to go ahead with their suggestions. We always do, though, because they have proved to be the best for us in the long run. Just great service!

We had a Saturday plumbing emergency -- no hot water. When Stanley responded to our call, he detailed the cost compared with waiting until Monday. We appreciated his concern but decided to go ahead. He relit our water heater and showed us how to do it if it blew out again. Much appreciated.

Dan & his assistant did excellent work on several projects for me. I was veey pleased. They worked hard & got everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dan & his assistant. Very nice & very professional. Thank you Clarke & Rush for an amazing team.
