I ordered a new range and the first install crew didn’t have the right gas supply line. Second crew came and told me it’s the shut off valve that needs to be replaced and that I should call a plumber. Called two companies for an estimate and when Dylan from Gilmore came took his time to check on the issue. Not only did he check the gas shut off valve, but also the new range and the supply going into the house to ensure it could supply the range adequately. He told me that everything was fine and confirmed that the provided supply line was indeed incorrect and there is no need for a gas shut off valve replacement. The other company wanted to immediately get going to swapping out the valve at $285 for what they called a 20min job. In the meantime the delivery crew came and the new range works as expected. On the basis of Dylan’s honesty and professionalism I can’t recommend them enough. Even though I didn’t need the service that day, should I have a need for HVAC or plumbing in the future I know who call. Many thanks guys.

My "brand new" AC/heating is working wonderful. The only problem is the hole you guys left in my food pantry after shoving the Heating unit (food pantry is right behind the heating unit). It was install on June 10, 2024. It's september 14 2024 and I called about 3-4 times to get on drywall schedule repair list but no luck yet. Have not recieve a call yet.

Our heating unit went out just before New Years. Michael H came out and diagnosed the problem. Michael was very professional and obviously a pro. Due to the holidays it took time to order the part and come back and install. I would like to see Gilmore have these parts in stock. But Michael came out again, got our heater working and we are back in business. Michael did a great job explaining what had happened.

I called to have a tech come check out my unit as I have no heat. The tech was friendly and very helpful. He said I need a new control board and it was 3 weeks and $1200. I asked several times for a breakdown on the pricing and nothing was ever provided by the company (not the tech). I looked up the oem part and it was $129 and arrives in 3 days. The time for the job is 1 hour. So that's over $1,000 an hour in labor/profit and 2+ weeks of just waiting for no reason? And the push to sign up for their package was out of control. I shouldn't have to say no more than once. It was 18/month 222/year. They provide 2 service checks (105 without being a member). So it's cheaper to not sign up... Don't go with large hcav companies.

Your driver in the yellow gilmore truck who merged onto I5 at approximately 11:40am on 3/5/2025 nearly caused an accident that could have been fatal. Please inform your drivers to not use their phones when merging onto the freeway and to be aware of their surroundings and the other cars also trying to get over so they can exit. Multiple cars had to swerve to avoid the Gilmore HVAC truck because the driver was unaware of other drivers in the lane. The driver was slim, buzzed head, 40ish.

My HVAC unit was supposed to be serviced today 09/34/2024 between 12pm to 4pm. I received a call from Gilmore at 3:45pm to inform me they will be late. Waited until 5pm, I received to update to inform me of status. I called the office to ask if service is even going come. I was told the service person is not going to make the agreed on time and now they to reschedule again for tomorrow. This time it's between 1pm and 5pm. These business act as if we nothing better to do than wait for them. Gilmore service use to be prompt ... not anymore. So sad ..
