This company went above and beyond!! From Jen to Charles, simply amazing customer service, communication and great pricing. My story is too long to post about these other companies trying to rip you off, please trust me these folks are the real deal!! Charles (our tech) stayed late in the dark cold to get us hot water again. I can't say enough about these folks, they were a total blessing!! I have used HOTCO in the Sacramento and Elk Grove areas in the past and now discovered they have branched out to the Solano area as well. Great company that really cares about doing a good job.
