He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.

Jeff’s plumbing inc was so awesome. My washer, dishwasher, shower and toilet were all backed up due to a nasty clog and they showed up SAME DAY, so kind and comfortable and honest. Awesome work and were in and out quickly but also stayed to ensure everything was working correctly!

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture. In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen! Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! Thank you for helping to get us back up and running with hot water and no more leaking faucet! I highly recommend Jeff’s Plumbing for all your needs

Great job, tech was polite and knew there job very well. Couldn’t ask for a better job. If I need future work Jeff’s will be my first choice especially if I can get Cory.

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it! Thank you guys so so much for everything. I would definitely use them again!
