We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. This company takes care of their clients that’s why I signed up for their monthly subscription to get my water heater descaled every year. Will definitely recommend to friends. I praise them for their quality of work, professionalism and very good communication. Two thumbs up with all the excellent work done! Thank you so much!

Fantastic! Finally I found an HVAC technician that was able to fix our home Furnace. He was kind and professional, Identified the issue, went to get the parts from the warehouse and came back the same day to replace them. He also gave us some advices and the best part is that the price was just honest for the job. 100% recommended. I have to add that other 2 companies came and worked charged me and never fix the problem really.

I had a leaky sink in our cabin that needed to be fixed quickly. I called Monday morning and was given the response of "I will have someone there in an hour." Not even 20 minutes later the technician called asking for our gate code. He arrived and was very friendly and got right to work. He made the repair and told me if the problem persisted to call them back. It did continue to leak very slightly so I called back that afternoon. He wanted to come back that evening to repair it but I was not going to be home. Knowing I had to leave by noon on Tuesday he said he would come at 8am. Not only did the original technician come back but also his supervisor came to make sure everything was repaired correctly. He was very informative and explained to his tech why it was possibly still leaking and gave him the guidance to fix it. I cannot believe the level of customer service with this company! I will recommend them to anyone I know with plumbing problems. What's even better is they also do work in the Central Valley where I live.

My experience with Newwrx was based on warranty work performed as part of my developer’s contract. This review specifically addresses the quality of work and the lack of professionalism exhibited by Newwrx during the process. My bathtub was originally installed incorrectly (not by Newwrx), missing necessary support pins and not being properly secured at the base. Due to this issue, the tub needed to be removed and reinstalled and all associated pieces/fittings. Newwrx was hired to complete this warranty work in October 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with them was highly unprofessional and concerning. The assigned worker, Sean, initially appeared confident in his work, was friendly, and assured me the project would be completed correctly. However, as the project progressed, he began offering services for additional work unrelated to the tub, spoke negatively about the developer who had hired him, and sent me a text message with a link to information he had shared. He then proceeded to make inappropriate personal advances, including asking me out on a date. After this, Sean's commitment to the project noticeably declined. He brought an individual named James, who he described as shadowing him, but later sent James alone to continue the work. James damaged the finishes on my fixtures and the piping leading to my bathtub. When the tub was reinstalled, the drain was left off-plumb, suggesting poor quality work. When I raised concerns about the misalignment, Sean dismissed them, stating it was due to the initial incorrect installation. Instead of using plumber’s putty, he applied a silicone seal, which washed away after only a few showers. Despite being contracted to properly reseat the tub, Sean denied responsibility for any of these issues. Sean later convinced the developer that the problems were "cosmetic only." When I addressed my concerns with the developer, I was asked to sign a waiver voiding my warranty in order to fix the "cosmetic" issue, which I declined. An off-plumb drain poses a risk of future leaks, and I did not want to waive my right to proper repairs. As of today, the the work has not been resolved. When I attempted to report the lack of professionalism and poor workmanship directly to Newwrx, I was met with further unprofessionalism. Instead of reaching the appropriate contact, I received a call from someone claiming to be a manager, who proceeded to be verbally aggressive and dismissive of my concerns. Based on this experience, I am unsure whether this was truly a manager or an associate covering for Sean. Either way, the interaction reinforced my concerns about the ethics and professionalism of this company. If I were a developer, I would seriously reconsider working with Newwrx. Additionally, I hope steps are taken to ensure professional conduct, particularly in interactions with female customers, and to improve the overall quality of work performed.

As a contractor myself I am always critical on workmanship and the cost of a job. Newwrx Plumbing gets five stars on both! Professional, great work and great pricing! They have been my go to plumbing company.

We called newxrx plumbing for a clog that another plumber wasn’t knowledgeable enough to fix. David Lopez came out and handled everything, was super knowledgeable and saved the day! Even cleaned after himself! Literally the best experience ever. Thank you David

Wind damage to my rooftop solar hot water collector panel required repair but, all Plumbers I contacted refused to look at the job except Newwrx. Luis and Sean were Punctual, Friendly and Professional. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do the repairs which were needed but, went over and above to do the things which they could. Highly recommend and, will definitely call again when the need arises.

Newwrx (David & Ernesto) saved the day!!! We just found out that our home insurance company said we needed to install a water leak detector in our home or they would not renew our home insurance. Really bad timing since we were leaving for a few months IN TWO DAYS! One call to David at Newwrx…explained to him our dilemma; and he & Ernesto were at our door!!! They got the job done!!! Both men were knowledgeable, professional & polite. Needless to say, we highly recommend Newwrx for your plumbing needs!!! Susan B.
