I cannot say enough good things about the amazing large re-pipe and linear piping job completed at my home by the exceptional work of Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Their whole team was outstanding on every level, they excelled, and went above and beyond all expectations. My sincere appreciation to Adrian, Konstantin, Francisco, Nathaniel and Eddy for their great work, excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledge, respect, and genuine care towards my home. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I can honestly say I have never worked with a company like this! They were on time everyday, worked hard, explained everything in detail, and always answered all my questions. They were polite, completely trustworthy, neat and very diligent in their work ethics. I am so thankful I choose them to do this job, which included jackhammering my cement slab in my living room to get to the tree root in my pipes. I am 100% happy and grateful for all that they did. It honestly was a pleasure to work with all of them, they truly are good people that I highly recommend. Their pricing was also way below what other companies had quoted. This group did an amazing job. I had 76 year old failing cast iron waste pipes and they replace all of of them in just 2 days. Price was fair, everyone was easy to talk to and very personable. Every step of the process was communicated well and all of my questions answered. I will definitely be calling Nathaniel and team for any of my future plumbing needs.

Premier Rooter and Plumbing just replaced our 17 year old water heater. The experience with Premier Rooter and Plumbing was exceptional from beginning to end. When I first made the call to their office, the person I spoke to was friendly, informative and patient. They answered questions I had before I even asked them and had someone out to inspect that same day. I received a courtesy call from the technician letting me know they were 30 minutes out which was much appreciated and something you rarely get anymore. The technician, Adrian, was really personable, knowledgeable and provided great detail and explanations for what would be needed. Adrian even helped provide some insight and took an extra moment to look at something for another potential issue unrelated to the water heater. They were able to get the parts needed and an appointment for install the very next day. The installers actually ended up arriving earlier than the expected window which was great. The installers, Nathaniel and Konstantin, were also very nice, patient with my questions and had the project completed within 2 hours. Later that evening when I was going to pull hot water for the first time, it wasn’t getting hot. I made a call to Premier and within 20 or so minutes, even thought it was 8-8:30 in the evening, had two technicians, Adrian and Konstantin, out to take a look and it just ended up being that the pilot light had somehow gone out. I was completely impressed from beginning to end with Premier Rooter and Plumbing. The level of service, professionalism and unity of this company was incredible. I will not hesitate a moment to give them a call the next time we have a plumbing issue or concern. Thank you so much!
