The plumber sent to our house to fix the clog in our bathroom upstairs was Erik. He did an amazing job fixing the issue. He tried all sorts of things first and not just making conclusions on the spot. Turns out the clog was due to a construction error which I wouldn’t have known if not for Erik, Colby and the rest of the crew. I really appreciated their help and will definitely recommend them!

I recently had a plumbing issue at home and called in. Immediately, I was met with a heartfelt welcome by their call takers/dispatchers. They reserved a time and a technician who was Ryan. Ryan arrived and was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire process. Ryan took the time to explain what the problem was and how he would fix it, which really put me at ease. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in his work. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend this plumbing service, especially Ryan!. The company also gives you an estimated via email which made it very convenient when determining pricing and keeping records. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had Rooter Hero dig a trench and replace our main water line. It was was cracked, leaking severely, and made of old galvanized steel. The replacement was a new flexible main line, and copper piping under the house. They also connected two hose spigots and installed a new emergency shutoff valve, along with some quick fixes to several fixtures within inside our duplex. The team managed the inspection, removal, and replacement of concrete seamlessly. They provided financing option with a reasonable interest rate. A special shoutout to our main technician, Jacob, who ensured we were completely satisfied with every step of the project. Additionally, I want to especially thank Alfonzo, who worked tirelessly to replace the entire copper line on the same day the original steel pipes were disconnected, ensuring we had running water despite the scorching outdoor temperatures that reached over 110 degrees. We are truly thankful for their dedication and hard work. The only minor critique is that the job took longer than expected, but this was understandable given the high temperatures and the complexity of working in our incredibly narrow crawlspace. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Rooter Hero and highly recommend them!

Tough job - replace a 30' drain line - servicing kitchen, laundry room, bathroom. All work in the crawl space under a 70 year old house, some manual excavation required. All galvanized/cast iron replaced - horizontal and vertical. Evgenii - who did the bulk of the work - solved the inevitable issues that come up when working on old houses. He was polite, kept me well informed, and cleaned up well every day. There's still some final tasks - wall board replaced and old pipe removal to be done. I will review the entire job when it's fully complete, but at 90% my review is positive.

Rooter Hero did a wonderful job for me and my family. These are genuinely good people. Regional Manager Dallas, Project Manager Chris Taylor, and Technician Jimmy Rojas were so great to work with. The crew was very professional and down to earth. I commissioned a major plumbing job with them because I was immediately comfortable with the team. They got the job done well within the time estimate and my wife and I never had to spend a single night outside the house. The work quality was excellent and they made me feel like family. Dallas and Chris responded to after hours text messages and calls to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that I was pleased with the progress on my project. Jimmy explained everything and I never got the vibe that he was trying to upsell me. On top of everything else, they fixed a small gas leak without charging me and installed a utility sink in the garage at no additional charge when I mentioned that it would make my wife happy. Dallas even took a call from me on a Sunday morning to explain the gas leak that they found. It was a great experience working with them and I will refer all of my friends and family to Rooter Hero.

We had a plumbing emergency and Jacob showed up very quickly and was able to handle our issue without any problems. It was absolute chaos before he arrived. We are incredibly thankful for Jacob. He is also the first plumber I have met who wore a white shirt and looked pristine and professional. He was very sweet and pleasant to deal with. Gold stars all around

Be smart don't waste your money on them! They lie and take your money and don't keep their word. They charged us 1,800. for pipe blockage and to jet all the debris they supposedly jetted 3x never really worked. They promised oh if we jet it gets rid of toilet tissue, wipes, and or roots from tree plant anything it pushes everything and breaks it up. Tell 3x and they never pushed or got rid of anything! The sad part is they showed us before pictures and promised they will show before the jet and after jet! Nope no pictures as promised when I questioned to where is the pictures because our pipes are backing up everyweek and they said oh we don't provide pictures or it never got saved all types of excuses. But guess what they did not hesitate in taking the payment. It's sad when you lie to your customers and take their hard earned money and don't do the job properly. Then they blamed that it's city pipe contact city! No moron it's our pipe and it's our responsibility and you Rooter Hero dropped the ball and you can't be trusted. Oh wait the sad part is they did this to a senior citizen! She had so much trust in Rooter Hero! You failed Rooter Hero! Never again! Don't even bother with them you will never get anything fixed and they will lie and try to cover up. ****I'll attach a picture of another plumbing company that provided the picture right on the day Hero.Rooter told me on the 3rd try that the problem was fixed and that it's a different problem! See for yourself the root is still there what did you take 1800 for!

They were at my Condo when I arrived. I had sewer problems used a camera see the problem. They were able to reopen my plug line . I would highly recommend Rortor Hero.
