The Mitch is the guy to troubleshoot the tankless water heater. He is honest and straight forward. He came and completed the job in reasonable time. He knew what was the issue and did deep cleaning of the unit. His quote was better than most of the licensed plumbers in Sacramento.

Mitch removed a questionable, old-school, gas water heater from inside my home and replaced it with a new Navien gas tankless recirculating water heater on the outside of my home. I also had him do a partial, but nearly complete repipe under the house because of galvanized pipe way past its prime. I did my due diligence as best I could and read up a lot on aspects of the project (brands, pipe type, location, common problems, etc.) and got a few quotes and had lots of questions for everyone. Mitch stood out because he had all the skills (and more) for every aspect of the job himself (including electrical license for electrical work), he was super friendly and helpful- taking time to answer all my many questions. He also had valuable suggestions on solutions for this project (and beyond). In my experience I saw that Mitch has a really great work ethic, extensive experience, demonstrated continued learning, he takes pride in his work, he follows through, he’s super knowledgeable and just a really nice, pleasant, upbeat and smart guy. The company is named appropriately. End result is I’m 100% happy. My hot water is so fantastically quick. My plumbing is functioning way better. It’s the best experience I have had hiring someone for a big home project so far. I’m only a little conflicted letting people know how awesome he is because folks will surely steal him.

Mitch repaired our Noritz tankless hot water heater efficiently and with with a friendly, upbeat attitude. He explained our options well and made things happen quickly and was a pleasure to work with! We found him on the Noritz site and are happy that we did.

What company pushes for repairing a faulty water heater instead of a pricey replacement? These guys do! It's right on their website: "Repair, do not replace water heater! Some companies will try to sell you a new water heater..." Mitch (owner) responded quickly, repaired it quickly, with a strong sense of professionalism and good humor on display throughout. Relieved to have found a great, honest, experienced plumber who also is a licensed electrician. He saved me time, money, and made a stressful situation disappear quickly. Call him!

I don’t usually have recommendations for service technicians, but I tell you what, if you need water heater servicing, check out The Right Guys plumbing. We had originally asked him to come out to replace our burner assembly, as our unit was knocking really badly. We had already gotten a replacement part via warranty, but as soon as he came by, he knew that it wasn’t the culprit, and he started to work right away. Mitch was able to service the issue with our water heater (calcium deposits), extending the life of our water heater. He is honest, has integrity, and believes in never wanting to come back for the same issue 😂 He was able to fit us in last minute, and literally had to jury-rig a tool to help him flush out all the deposits that had accumulated on the bottom of our water heater. He is a one-man business, and he takes pride in his work. Thanks again Mitch! We really appreciate you!
