As a Tennant in a rented home, we had a hot water issue. The landlord had Trenchless come out to inspect/diagnose it. The same day they received the call we got a text from them with a photo and description of the technician, Eric and his skills & experience in the industry as well as the company, who would be sent to our home. The text provided an eta which was accurate and same day. When we made contact with him at the front door it was clear he had already noted some symptoms on his approach and knew what to look for. We led him to the bathroom and he knew what was going on immediately. By the time he left we had a plan for next steps and he had provided the landlord with a couple different possible options for repair. He was knowledgeable, personable, presentable, professional and educated us on how to minimize damage and still have some hot water for showers temporarily while this process takes place. I have no say on whom he ends up hiring, however if I did and when the time comes for me to hire a plumber myself, they will be my first call. I was very impressed with the entire process and really appreciate the text with the details prior to arrival so we know what to expect. Letting random unknown folks into my home is always nerve racking and I found this to help put some of my concerns at ease. 🤞 Hoping it will be them coming out to do the repair! So professional and polite. I believe the job was more difficult than they expected due to lots of roots from our redwoods and utility lines. They worked around those issues. They brought in help as needed from their office when a needed tool wasn’t there and when they had an issue with pressurizing water. The final result was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend Trenchless to you

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I set the appointment up online, which went very smoothly. I had frequent updates regarding my appointment and when the service technician (Jacob) would show up. They even sent me a picture of Jacob in advance of the appointment. Jacob was very professional and got the job down in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He patiently explained the process he was going to accomplish; which served as an education for me since I did not understand my homes plumbing system. I would highly recommend The Trenchless Co.

Honestly, I did not realize that Trenchless did ordinary plumbing and drain work. We had them out for a sewer repair, which went really well, so I was happy to have them clear a plugged drain line from our washing machine. The technician was on time, very clear in his explanations, showed me the video as it was happening. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. They aren’t the cheapest but cheap and good are generally mutually exclusive.

Trenchless was awesome with helping us with our needs. We knew that our problem with our house drainage was going to be huge. They helped alleviate our issue with speed and kindness. Every step of the way. I am so thrilled with the result and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Marcel was just phenomenal. Marcel was on time, kind and courteous. He explained everything so that both myself and my dad understood what was happening and what he needed to do to fix it. He opened the wall and fixed the problem with what I thought was minimal mess, and that was impressive. I have found my plumbing company and will be requesting him to come out if I ever need to in the future. This has been a great experience. I highly recommend!!

The Trenchless Co did an awesome job pipe-relining my clogged old iron cast pipe that is more than 60 years old. Now it's new and upgraded. Gust and Luke did fantastic. The Trenchless team are amazing. The came out on a same day call Christmas Eve for a sewer lateral issue, got it serviceable for the holiday and then came back first thing the day after Christmas and got the permanent fix done in less than a day, despite the weather. Price was competitive and their team was clean and professional. Totally recommend and my go to plumbers from here on out.
