This is a shady company which practices shady business. I bought a home where they were the plumbing subcontractor. When it was brought to their attention that their work was done defectively, they claimed that it was outside the contractual warranty. When they were informed that construction defect claims still existed under California law they stated that I should just go and sue them then instead of fixing the problem. Stay clear if you want properly completed work and customer service.

We bought a flipped house in Fair Oaks from Gary Morrissette of Wilmor & Sons Plumbing. Prior to finalizing our purchase, my wife and I performed a walk-through with our real estate agent and noticed a water leak that was coming out from behind the wall. They said they repaired it and we closed on the house. A few weeks later we discovered a whole lot of insulation placed behind the wall we assume was put there to soak up the water until after we closed on the house. What kind of company would do something like that?!?

Stay AWAY from this company. They have a serious workmanship issues. Make sure to double check their work before you pay them. Isn’t that supposed to be their job? So sad.
