Zoom Drain

Zoom is an outstanding company 24/7 with very friendly, competent and very efficient staff. I am amazed. Called at 9:30 pm … the call center person got my information accurately and quickly. The dispatcher called me 10 min later with a proposed time slot. Then Kyle the technician who came during the promised time window confirmed my diagnosis and proposed 4 options from $320 to $650. Helped select the best package … got it done and performed the treatment and even gave me some advice on what I can do to minimize future drain clogs. The clog was at 35 feet distance… so there was no way I could have solved the problem alone. Very impressed. I strongly recommend zoom drain.

I had a plumbing situation develop in my home and Zoom Drain was able to get a tech out to me later on the same day. Kyle T. was the plumbing tech that was sent out to my home and he was very thorough in both explaining the situation and completing the necessary work. Kyle exhibited professionalism and expertise, and was also very personable and easy to work with. I am very happy with my Zoom Drain experience and will definitely use them again.

Kyle was the technician who came to service my home. He was knowledgeable about what I needed to resolve my issue, and he resolved it. My home was built in the 50's so that care needed to maintain the plumbing in my home is heightened. I appreciated his service and candor.

Bill arrived right on time, quickly determined the situation and got to work. It was a challenging clog but he kept at it and finally had success. Maurice came out on a Saturday responding to my call to Zoom Drain. He snaked out the sewer drain line under our house and the sewer line from the exterior of our house to the street. He cleared the blockage under the house and snaked out a root thatch somewhere in the outside line. He explained everything clearly to me and showed me the video evidence of the cleared lines in both directions. Great job!

We were was referred to Zoom Drain by BZ Plumbing here in Lincoln. The young lady on the phone was professional, upbeat, and scheduled us promptly. The technician, Maurice, diagnosed the reason for the "backup" and took the necessary steps to remedy the situation... all the while informing and showing us the problems and the progress. Nothing but compliments for a job well done!
